In a series of rounds, 8 teams will vie for the ultimate prize - 10,000 Canadian Pennies! Watch as Dick Clark's worst nightmares come true and a new DEFCON tradition is born. And don't feel bad for the losers - we've got prizes for them too - AWESOME prizes.

We’re on for TWO nights. Sharing the same stage/room as Hacker Jeopardy. It’s going to be AMAZING.
We’ll be doing quarter finals (8 teams competing, 4 advance) on Friday night. Saturday night is semi-finals (4 teams competing, 2 advance) and finals (2 teams competing, one winner.)
The prizes will be more epic than before. I’ll have two different game show outfits. And you won’t have to leave your seat if you’re planning on attending Hacker Jeopardy.

Hey there!
This is IT people - the official call/cry for help on making the 2nd Annual 10,000¢ Hacker Pyramid a complete and utter success.
I've got a lot to live up to - The last two years’ success was a combination of magic and happenstance and a crap ton of work by a small group of people - I can never thank them all enough and I'm not even going to try.
This year's 10,000¢ Hacker Pyramid has to be BIGGER, LOUDER, GOODER, AWESOMER, WILDER, COOLER, HACKERER than last year.
Here's where we need help:

* prize gathering
* penny mules
* production assistance (more/better computer support)
* stage hands
* spokesmodels (male and female)
* celebrity recruiters
* contestant recruiters
